At the observation and exchange activity, Fan Zesen, Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Green Building, Deputy General Manager of China Construction Technology, and Chief Architect, released a modular "Good House" product system, including modular technologies for steel structures, concrete structures, and steel-concrete composite structures. The product system covers seven major scenarios and usage functions, including residential buildings, schools, apartments, hotels, farmhouses, hospitals, and polar regions. Among them, CMC steel-concrete composite structure modular building products have been included in the first batch of industrialized products for comprehensive promotion and application by China Construction Group.
At the same time, Fan Zesen introduced the overall idea of the research and development of the modular "good house" product system, which follows the methodology of China's construction "good house" creation system, starting from "asking for needs from the people" (101 needs of the people's voice), focusing on the core requirements of "six noes, six preventions, three provinces, and three requirements" (six noes, no leakage, no odor, no noise, no mold, no blockage, no cracking; six preventions, disaster prevention, anti-theft, fire prevention, electrical protection, anti falling and anti-collision; three provinces, worry free, cost saving, and land saving; three requirements, practicality, health and care), and using good integration (good design, good construction, good materials, good luck maintenance, good standards) as a means to find system solutions from modular construction technology to "solve problems". The ultimate goal is to ensure the construction of a safe, comfortable, green, and smart 'good house'.
It is reported that by using intelligent construction methods to integrate modular products, each product solves one or more customer pain points. Currently, 101 common needs have been solved in the modular "good house" product system, forming 35 modular system solutions. For example, in response to the problem of "it is very dangerous for windows to be blown off during typhoons", a high wind resistance energy-saving window system has been developed to ensure safety during typhoon weather and simultaneously solve the problem of "window leakage". A polyurethane multi-layer waterproof chassis system has been developed to address the issue of "bathroom leakage", replacing traditional concrete caissons to ensure that the bathroom is "leak free"; In response to the problem of poor sound insulation effect of floor slabs, rigid polyurethane foam is used instead of traditional fine aggregate concrete cushion layer to provide residents with a quiet living space; In response to the demand for flexible renovation of building structures, the CMC steel-concrete composite structural module system has been developed, which can support free and flexible separation or combination between modules, forming indoor column free large spaces and meeting the demand for "land saving". In response to the problem of "inconvenient traditional pipeline maintenance", an electrical quick installation pipeline system is adopted to separate the pipeline from the main structure and arrange it separately, so that pipeline maintenance does not require opening walls or holes, meeting the demand for "worry free".
According to Fan Zesen, the above solutions are not only technical systems that meet the needs of the people, but also products in modular construction systems; It can be sold together with the chassis of the house or as a single item to a certain project. Currently, it has been promoted and applied in the construction of "good houses" in cities, rural areas, and polar regions.
